The “legal nightmare” of former New York City police commissioner and Rudy Giuliani confidante Bernard Kerik “is about to get worse,” as federal prosecutors are “expected to file charges” against him “that will likely include allegations of bribery, tax fraud and obstruction of justice,” the New York Daily News reports.
