In the most literal sense, it was his most noble moment. He thought the VP was making a grab for power. But he looked like he was nuts.

I think that President Gore is doing quite well! There may be some confusion about the nature of the leadership he is providing. But I'm really happy to see DUers this up-beat. There's a real connection between Al Gore and progressive democrats -- and I do not think it is something that all the primary candidates enjoy.
