How Will George Bush Satisfy His Psychopathic Urges After He Leaves Office?

I think that it's a fair question.

I know that I am not alone when I say that George W. Bush is a psychopath. Would I be nuts to suggest that possibly he enjoys murdering and torturing people? He certainly does it a lot. More than American that I can think of both now or in our nation's past.

Consider:

George W. Bush presided over the executions of 152 men and women, many retarded, during his term as Governor of Texas... more than any other governor in any state during his time there. Even Republican apologist Tucker Carlson was horrified after interviewing Governor Bush about the number of executions that had taken place while he was Governor.

In his capacities as President of the United States, George W. Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq and the dropping of bombs indiscriminately over civilian sites killing and permanently wounding thousands of helpless children. As of today, nearly 1 million Iraqi deaths can be directly put at the feet of George W. Bush. Could it be that he enjoys it? I wonder.

And, it is an established fact that George W. Bush personally approved the inhumane torture of men and women violating every international treaty and standard of humanity. It is even reported that he had seen all of the photographs from Abu Graib (even the ones still "sealed") where torture, sexual humiliations and even murder were all committed. What was his real reaction to those photographs? I wonder.

So an honest question is: When George W. Bush leaves office, how will he satisfy what appears to be an insatiable appetite to torture and murder people?

I don't think there are re-hab clinics for psychopathic murderers. But then, he didn't go to rehab for his cocaine abuse or his alcohol abuse either, did he?

When George W. Bush was 16 or so, the frogs in the pond outside his boyhood home in Midland, Tex., weren't the only targets the future president shot at with his trusty BB gun.

As he nurses his strong opinion-poll lead in the presidential election more than 13 months away, Governor George W Bush of Texas has demonstrated an enviable ability to dodge his opponents' best political blows.

Neither Mr Bush's youthful drug and drink problems, nor the revelation earlier this week that a family friend helped him to dodge the Vietnam era draft by securing him a plum posting at home in the Texas national guard, seems to have hampered his apparently relentless march towards the Republican party's presidential nomination next year.

That man is the cartoonist Garry Trudeau, whose Doonesbury strip - published each day in the Guardian as well as in dozens of American newspapers - has exposed, well, not exactly the smoking gun from Mr Bush's past, but at least the smoking buttock.

It has been claimed for some months that when he was a Yale undergraduate in the 60s, Mr Bush joined, and later became president of, the college fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon, whose initiation rites involved branding each newly enrolled member on the backside with a red-hot branding iron.

On Tuesday Doonesbury interrupted its normal cartoon format with a photograph, taken circa 67, of a flesh burn in the shape of the Greek letter Delta on an unidentified undergraduate Yale buttock. The photo, which shows the DKE brand, was taken by Martin Oppenheimer, now a Washington investment manager, who snapped it when he was working for the Yale Daily News and Mr Bush was president of the "Deke" fraternity.

"This week's strip isn't anything more than sustained silliness," Mr Trudeau, himself a Yale graduate, told the Washington Post diary yesterday. His strip, he said, merely offered "a perspective on George's youthful sadism".

Cartoonist Garry Trudeau '70 said he thinks a little-known fact about President George W. Bush '68's past -- that his first mention in The New York Times occurred in 1967 when, as former president of the Delta Kappa Epsilon chapter at Yale, Bush defended the fraternity's practice of branding its pledges with a red-hot coat hanger -- deserves more national attention. ...

In a News story the next day, Bush is quoted calling the branding "insignificant." He said he did not understand how the News "can assume Yale has to be so haughty not to allow this type of pledging to go on."
