1. Kucinich TEA!
What an endorsement! That was great. He made a cup of tea for Stephen out of stuff in his pockets.

And a miniature Colbert said to vote for Kucinich.

I'm voting for the impossible. And it's not absurd that he is electable.

10. Funny but he didnt even get to speak or mention his campaign.
Looked like he was there just for a comedy bit, I was hoping he would pull out his non profit health care plan that no one else offers or something to further his campaign. I don't think too many non Kucinich supporters will look at him any more than they already had.

14. I am afraid that the supporters that he could have picked up...
will just think... that guy kucinich is funny and not really give him another look. I hope I am wrong.

13. Colbert: Did you shrink the (pocket) Constitution yourself?
Kucinich: No, George Bush did it.

I also liked the "Barack Obama American flag lapel pin."

He was really great.

15. that was perfect, and Steve's timing and face mady it better
Dennis showed himself to be human, smart, and self-aware, poking fun with the perfect bit of humor. at himself and critics. Can anyone imagine Hillary pulling that off?

16. All ture and yet
one wonders whether a politician can "afford" to be himself - funny, self deprecating - if s/he knows that s/he has nothing to lose.

18. "the Democrat party only has one of them" -- hah!
Even Colbert had to struggle to stay in character, and not laugh out loud!
