Suspect arrested in sex assault on 3-year-old (Nevada child porn video)

LAS VEGAS - Police say they have arrested Chester “Chet” Arthur Stiles, the man accused of videotaping himself raping a 3-year-old girl.

Two Henderson, Nev., police officers took Stiles into custody during a routine traffic stop about 7 p.m.

According to police, an officer stopped a white Buick Century with no license plates. The driver gave the officer a California driver’s license, with a picture that looked nothing like the driver.

Police said when officers questioned the man about the driver’s license, he admitted he was Stiles.
