U.S. asks court to dismiss lawsuit on secret flights
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The U.S. government asked a federal court late on Friday to dismiss a lawsuit against a unit of Boeing Co that charges the firm helped fly suspects abroad to secret prisons.

"Allowing plaintiffs' claims to proceed would risk the disclosure of highly classified information concerning the alleged 'intelligence activities, sources, and methods' of the CIA," said the filing, signed by Acting Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bucholtz.

The American Civil Liberties Union first filed a complaint in May accusing Jeppesen Dataplan Inc of providing flight and logistical support to at least 15 aircraft on 70 "extraordinary-rendition" flights.

2. The plaintiffs' claims MUST go forward!
The very concept of "the United States" is bullshit, it's an artificial political construct borne of terrorism and genocide and slavery itself. And without the "United States", the Armenian genocide and the Holocaust would not have been possible.
This case absolutely must go forward to victory over the piggie courts.
The U.S. stands naked in shame before the World!

3. the world knows America is a war crime nation...all this
national security posturing is just to protect the guilty and to allow the Americans that are weak-minded to continue nursing their illusions of how noble America is

There's nothing noble or great or good about a country that tortures people.
