Will she move to repeal the Patriot Act ? This is my primary concern about any of our candidates. I have no faith in the R candidates, obviously.

Does anyone have any facts about Ms. Clinton that speak to my question ? This is a sincere question.

2. The facts are, she and Richardson are the only 2 dem candidates who have not committed to fighting
the passage of the FISA bill this week, which would retroactively grant immunity to the telecoms, and the Bush Wh for illegally spying on us for 6 years. She has said she would consider, and think about doing something if elected.
Kucinich, Edwards, Dodd, biden, and Obama have all taken very strong stands on this issue.

3. ACLU Rating

ACLU Rating: Hillary Clinton has a 72% lifetime rating from the ACLU, and a surprisingly low 33% rating to date for the 2006-2007 legislative session.

5. I really don't think that many of us would like a HRC Presidency...
Personally I see more of the same with her in the White House. We need big time change and I don't see her being the person to bring that change.

9. Switching from a crazed monkey in control of a nuclear arsenal that could destroy the world...
...to a sane Democratic president isn't a big time change to you?

It sure as hell is a big change to me. Like night and day.
