Minnesota, Your country needs you, again!

Hubert Humphrey, Walter Mondale, Paul Wellstone, and hopefully in '08, Al Franken!

Some might question why I would compare a political "novice" like Al Franken to past greats such as HHH or Paul Wellstone. My answer...

Some questioned Humphrey when he was first elected in 1948 about his platform of human and civil rights versus states rights. The rest is history.

Some questioned Paul Wellstone immediately after his election for denouncing the racist politics of Jesse Helms. The rest is history.

At certain dark junctures of our nations history, Minnesota came through and elected a strong progressive voice that changed the history of this country.

Please Minnesota, help rescue America one more time by electing Franken.

3. I had listened to Al Franken on AAR everyday for a long time

He is a really good man. I wish I could vote for him. I do give money to his campaign because, him getting a senate seat will be good for all of America.
