... for blaming everyone in CT for Joe LIEberman.
Tons of us worked our asses off for Ned, passing out literature door-to-door in our districts.
Liebtard was elected because of high Republican support and those loyal (read: stupid and uninformed) moderate Dems who bought his line of B.S. about the Groton Subbase and his lifelong party support.
It fucking pisses me off every time some fuck nugget makes a crack about how its my fucking fault Lieberman got elected just because I'm from CT.
Fuck. You.

Texas has a long been the whipping state even though we have had the likes of Molly Ivins, Jim Hightwower, Barbara Jordan and the hard-ass LBJ just to mention a few.

Not that it matters to some people.
I empathize, believe me I do. Being a Democrat from Texas has never been an easy task, but after bush II got in office it was declared open season on all things Texan, including its Democrats.
All I can suggest is you get Kevlar undies. You're going to need them.

I've posted this rant several times. I, like you, signed on with Ned's campaign (didn't get to do much, though), and did what I could to stop Joe. Just because Joe is a lying sack of shit from Connecticut doesn't mean "the people of Connecticut" vote for him anymore than it means the people of the United States voted for George Bush just because his fat lying ass is stankin up the Oval Office.

On DU, it seems it's perfectly respectable to smear all Dems with the actions of a few, or smear entire groups of posters as "corporatists", "war mongerers", etc
Why would you think the people of CT would be immune from this?

27. the 'truth' doesn't matter.... |
|
the solution is to blame someone else, anybody else.. it makes you feel good, and disses somebody else in the process..it's a win/win. Make your disses as acerbic as possible, short and to the point. No need to explain...individual exercising of the brain spoils the fun for everyone.
