5. Who better than Wal-Mart? I feel bad for the PEOPLE who suffer any flood damage from that though.
Not the Wal-Mart company people, but the regular folk. Wal-Mart SUCKS.

9. Like some city planner and/or commissioners need to be fired.
Especially in a flood-prone area, paving a square quarter mile is almost as stupid as putting a basement in a house that's below sea level. Under normal weather conditions, where does the runoff from that monster-ass parking lot go? Into the city's poor neighborhood?

12. Incredibily sad... it reminds me of Eastern NC after a Hurricane flooded everything...
You know if the Walmart is underwater there are families with their homes under water as well.
