Paul Clement sounds whiney & defensive before the court.

He is not doing well, (to this unpracticed ear)

He is the Solicitor General, representing the Government's case/

1. Not going to much matter when the court is stacked with nutjobs like Scalia and Thomas.

2. If there's any honesty on the Court remaining... this will

end up OK. The argument is whether or not the procedures in place are an adequate substitute for Habeas Corpus.. And Clement himself admitted that the detainees would have no recourse.
