4 of us from NJ 4 DFA are driving up to NH today to go volunteer for John Edwards. WE'll probably be back monday, so I'll miss work on sunday & monday, but who freaking cares...

I encourage everyone to work in a campaign, I drive a taxi and make 25k a year, if I can do it, so can you..



Power concedes nothing unless we contest it. WE must seize political control of our country, we need to run for office, we need to work in those campaigns, we need to donate to those candidates (US), and we need to vote for our candidates.




Otherwise I do not want to hear anymore whining, sorry voting is not enough anymore. The only option is to seize political power from those who would do us harm.

I might do some phone calls for Edwards. I have social anxiety problems, so it's pretty hard for me to commit to it, but I'm going to try to trick myself into it somehow. I lived in NH for several years and it's a beautiful state. If I could drive up there, I would. But I have no car and make $7k a year on SSI. Traveling around the block is out, much less to NH.

Just got back from Iowa myself. We had at least seven volunteers from Ca, about 5 from Kansas, and at least a dozen more from all over the country. And that was just in Council Bluffs.

Thank you for what you're doing. I'll be going to Nevada at least two or three times before the caucus there.
