Edwards, must be pretty clean, when you bash a Lawyer that can afford a 400 dollar hair cut and he and his wife both lawyers can afford any home they want, there can't be much more out there to beat him over the head with..By the way today's Charlotte observer has a cartoon, with Kerry sticking a big knife in Edwards back... I think the deal with Kerry supporting Obama, may help Clinton, and could hurt Obama, Kerry isn't like that much in either N.C, or SC

Richardson would bring Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, with Colorado and Utah(barring the prophet Mitt as and opponent) representing lots of votes too. Hi panics love Richardson. So do I. He really helped about 20 years ago, and I haven't forgot it. He works for those he represents, he works hard at it. Yeppers, I would love to see that ticket. Landslide City Bingo.

I was sad he dropped out. I don't understand the machinations of the political machine as we're supposed to in order to interact intelligently here (:eyes: ); I simply feel that I think it's good for the democratic process to have more than two - more than three - candidates in a long primary season. We learn sooooo much more that way. I wish we still had about five candidates in the race at this point.

21. The Edwards' are sincere about their willingness to fight for America. |
|
They KNOW America AS THE PEOPLE.
They have battled corporacrats on behalf of the common citizen their whole lives.
The only thing I'd advise them is this: distinguish the POWER-MONGERING CORPORACRATS from the starter entrepreneurs. The corporatocracy LOVES consuming ON the small corporations as examples (which CAN NOT POSSIBLY COMPARE).
Edwards are PRO-ENTREPRENEUR and PRO-WORKER!
We need to be precise about that enemy to entrepreneurs and workers: the CORPORATE SHARKS.

32. Very nice.. Way to go, Governor |
|
I hope Richardson endorses Edwards. It will be very interesting to see who has the courage to follow if he does.
Now we are hearing that his Lieutenant Governor, Diane Denish, said she is waiting to hear from the Clintons, and that she is definitely thinking about endorsing Hilary ( and may have already done so)
She says that she has always wanted to see a woman as President and I am sure she isn't alone in that.

40. If you liked that, you ought to read: |
|
The Last Stand of John Edwards (Brent Budowsky) http://pundits.thehill.com/2008/01/11/the-last-stand-of-john-edwards/He is an "anti-pundit", or a counter-pundit. He really SLAMS the cable news pundits who get it wrong every time, like Blitzer. He very much agrees it's a three person race. Also, has some interesting predictions of his own, and suggestions for Edwards to improve his standing. (I started a thread on the Budowsky article if you're interested) http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x4036153
