because the conventional wisdom of DU says A is this, B is that, and C is irrelevant/clone of A/B, or
I've reserched them all--Thomas, opensecrets, LBN, onthe issues, NARAL, PNHP, etc and have picked a favorite but could vote for any one of them rather than enabling another 4 years of digging deeper into the pit.
I just had my flameproof catsuit taken in yet again and I'm looking mighty fetching in it.
So put up or shut up--why shouldn't I vote for any one of them specifically? Please cite at least one credible source. I'm an ex HS English teacher and ex-librarian and I can smell a chihuahua turd from 100 yards.
GO!

10. I think the status quo in the Dem party as well as America overall is really bad. |
|
Clinton is the most staus quo candidate running on the Dem side. Her political descisions about most things, the war, Nafta, flag burning, etc is all based what her political wind sock (triangulation) tells her. Edwards supported the war but at least regrets it. Obama was speaking out against the war when most Americans were for it.
I am unimpressed by her "experience" just as I am unimpressed with the "experience" of Cheney and Rumsfeld. That seems to be what she and her supporters tout, and it doesn't do anything for me. I think she follows opinion polls. She doesn't lead.
Further, I would rather not have Bloomberg get into the race, and Hillary's nomination raises those odds considerably. He knows independents don't like her. I would also rather not have Nader get into the race, and Hillary's nomination raises those odds considerably. He hates her. I would also like to have a candidate that I am excited to work for, and Hillary ain't it. I would like to have a candidate who doesn't inspire independents to go into the booth and vote straight R. There are many red state Dems that are worried about Clinton being such a candidate. I would like to have a candidate that doesn't have 45-50% of America already committed to voting against her.
Really, I don't care wether I convince you or not. These are simplified handful of the reasons I will NOT vote for her.

6. Really the opposite, but I guess it does come off that way. |
|
I'm just sick of hearing she's corporatist, he's too conciliatory, he's irrelevant, etc. etc.
I've looked at them all and I'm happy with our choices.
Maybe this was a very bad idea.

7. that's what I wondered too, why not reasons for? |
|
Plus, she has done all that research, is she saying that she has not found any reasons to vote against any of them.
Here are some DU answers: Check my journal for Clinton (same old same old - DLC, triangulation, will revive the Republican party) Donnie McClurkin for Obama. Phony money for Edwards. Kucinich cannot win and is a wasted vote.
