He gave the body to the INFANT'S guardian. He wants her buried with her son, but her mother had said she would bring Danny's body back to be buried in this country too, so that doesn't solve anything. They don't know who the father is, they don't know where the baby will end up once the father has been determined ... this solves nothing for any of these parties.

Do the DNA tests already and move on.
