On the occassion of Dr. King's 79th birthday

On the occassion of Dr. King's 79th birthday
I just simply want to say "thank you" to Dr. King.

There is no doubt in my mind that I stand on his shoulders, and on the shoulders of everyone who fought for a better country, during the civil rights movement.

I often find myself wondering what Dr. King would have to say, for such a time as this.

Here's one of my favorite quotes from him:


"We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly."
