The Economy: Anybody Catch The McLaughlin Group This Weekend ??? |
|
It was a first... every single panelist, who after months and years of saying the economy was fine, were warning that the U.S. is in the worst economic straits since before the Great Depression. When they get around to posting the video (1\18\08), you can find it here: http://www.mclaughlin.com/library/library.aspIn the meantime... watch Jim Kramer say pretty much the same thing here: http://www.crooksandliars.com/2008/01/19/hardball-cramer-says-the-economy-is-bad-and-dc-wont-admit-it/Holy crap. :scared:

4. I know, which pretty much means |
|
any Dem takes the white house, Keynes will get dusted, as well as the New Deal... or they will face pitchforks, tar and feathers
If the Republicans take the white house (yes distinct possibilty in these times due to fraud), there will be pitchforks, tar and feathers after they dust off Hoover

3. What, did they grab their checks before the taping started, and realize how few EUROS they'd get for |
|
exchanging them, at long last?
Anyone near a DC library, find the WASHINGTONIAN MAGAZINE, mid nineties 95-6-ish edition, and read the article called GET IN HERE, CEMENT HEAD.
It is THE MOST revealing picture of the McLaughlin Group, behind the cameras, warts and all.
It took me DAYS to stop laughing....
It's not on the web, but regional libraries near DC will have WASHINGTONIAN.
