4. Any question is suitable. In this case what is the best political party? |
|
I'm a progressive and I'm really disgusted with the anti third party crap.
Take Care.
A little Zen mixed in. I love it.

It was terribly frustrating to try to figure out what you were talking about. It might be easier in the future to start a discussion about the way you see the Democratic Party and/or the media being "anti third party" if you include a little more detail with your "zen" to allow others to figure out what you were saying.
For what it's worth, I'm progressive, too, and get frustrated, too, but feel that, as long as we are forced to work within a two party system (and we are), that the Democrats are still the best game in town. I register as a Democrat, I vote as a Democrat, and I going out stumping for the Democrat in the General elections. I don't think it's anti-third party to say that there's very little chance that a Third Party Candidate is going to win, so our best hope of getting truly progressive candidates is to try to work at a primary level (for example, working for Kucinich in 2004, until it came time to work for Kerry) to get more progressive candidates into the General election as a Democrat.
Take care, yourself, and enjoy your Saturday :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

6. No actually what are the principles of the democratic party when you ignore tolerance |
|
for minority political parties.
I'd love to know.
