Do I need help, or is this a hit job on a democratic 14 year old girl

And this is my perception, I know it all may seem subtle

1.Candidates are scrambling to pick up the endorsement of Ted Kennedy
2.This endorser is not old enough to vote
3.She just likes to talk over her cell phone about shopping {and gets dubbed saying BOYS}
4.Kids who chastise Vice President Cheney at a democratic convention for using four letter words are plucky
5.Eleven year old brought the democratic convention house down when she said Cheney should be put in time out
6.Kid with braces started KIDS FOR KERRY, and Kerry lost
7."how could you not vote" she says to students instead of kids, still not old enough to vote
8.Her friends told her to back Obama, so she is. And Obama is just another democrat that was on stage.
9.She is not old enough to vote or drive a car but figures she can tell you how to vote
10.Sometimes she wants to lie and cheat and maybe win office herself

1. I think it's pretty fair. Showing she's also a normal teen and not JUST a political junkie.

I wish more teens were like her.

I thought the piece was pretty inspiring.

3. What about them dubbing her voice to say boys over shopping

The point of the original story was Cheney's expletive, and republicans never seem to stop rewriting history. To bring up boys witch she obviously did not say, It was dubbed into the footage, seems that they are trying to make her into a pop star gone bad {I can't think of her name}.

4. Sounds to me as if she says "shopping....boys" and they edited...

...something from between those words ~ she may have given a longer list or included some details about shopping. They're playing part of a recorded interview over footage of her on the phone, and probably needed to match lengths.

There are just as many good things we could pick out ~ how the candidates want her on their side, that she's a political powerhouse, etc.

To me, she came off as a completely normal kid ~ also very bright and spunky!
