Mitt Romney to campaign at a Ford Dealership today
Edited on Fri Feb-01-08 03:30 PM by Ichingcarpenter
Mitt Romney, in the fight of his life with John McCain for the GOP presidential nomination, will appear at 2 p.m today at Freeway Ford at 4471 E. Evans Ave. in Denver, according to his campaign.

Remember the huge crowds in overflow venues that the Democrats did in Denver?

A Car dealership?? Also Freeway Ford has a bad reputation in Denver.

13. The DEALERSHIPS have nothing to do..
with Ford Motor Company itself except sell their vehicles. They are independent businesses.

But thanks for making up excuses to further erode American manufacturing. :eyes:

7. Did not his dad run American Motors
in the late 50's and early 60's??

God I loved the Rambler American, (guilty pleasure; I liked the AMC Hornet and Gremlin also).

I miss AMC.

Romney has no chance.;(

9. Oddly enough, his father was chairman of AMC (American Motors) back in the late 50's.
His father also said that our participation in Vietnam was "the most tragic foreign policy mistake in the nation's history." It's probably just as well that George Romney isn't around to see what a douchebag his son turned out to be.

11. He was supposed to be at a Harley dealership
but the owners of the dealership are Catholic and said no way to him being there.

With your great photo of Leisure Suit Willard, he's def more the sleazy car salesman type than a Harley dude.
