I don't care who your for or against.
I don't care how many primary season's you've seen.
These last few weeks have been about as interesting and exciting as politics ever gets.
Every day brings another twist and turn.
No one could possibly predict how it would play out, or how it'll go from here.

For politics watchers like me, these last few weeks have been a gift.
I hope we all take a moment to drink it in.

2. a gift? more like a curse.
It feels like EVERYTHING hangs in the balance. And every move is the wrong move for the country.

3. Funny, I was just talking with a friend about how dispiriting this whole thing is.
How the whole system appears to be broken.

4. I taught an intro speech/theatre course a few years ago.
Political spectacle was high on my list of topics.
This year will make the text books. :D

5. It is interesting. For me the biggest surprises have been
The lopsided face time at the debates. The networks don't even attempt to give the appearance of even handedness

The end of "inevitability" in Iowa

Kucinich driven out of the race due to corporate challenges in his home district. I fully expect he would be in to the end raising issues

Edwards sudden and still mysterious withdrawal. Quid pro quo? Or what?

The nationwide gallop poll has the Clinton/Obama gap @ 3% three days before super Tuesday.

The resurrection of J. McCain. I thought he was toast.

The fast and sudden fall of Rudy
