NFL commissioner Roger Goodell didn't look like a man who had awoken Friday to the news that "Spygate Lives!" -- sort of.

It was a little more than 48 hours before those videocamming New England Patriots (better known as "The Scorseses of Football," thanks to the Jets) were about to try to win Super Bowl XLII against the Giants on Sunday and wallow in the glory of an unprecedented 19-0 season. Goodell looked remarkably composed for a man who'd just learned that he had peeved Arlen Specter, a U.S. senator from Pennsylvania and the ranking Republican on the Senate NFL office pool -- sorry, the Senate Judiciary Committee.
