You'll find that Russia helped supply Venezuela with and build two factories for producing AK-103 rifles plus ammo - not AK-47s.

As well, Iran is in fact, building 4 oil rigs off the coast of Venezuela.

However, the email becomes pure fantasy when it supposes that the Iranians are in Chavez' country to build long range missiles.

Oh and Petro Express is a private company, based in South Carolina.
