are primary-related videos exempt from GD: Primaries?

I'm so grateful to the mods for creating the option a few weeks back to block the GD: Primaries posts, but at least 1/3 of the Latest Breaking News posts pertain to primaries, albeit under the heading of "videos." Is this deliberate? Are those with such strong opinions about primary issues determined to bring us along with them? Or, maybe videos aren't allowed under any other heading. Thoughts?

I actually like the fact that someone is trying to remind us their is still one sane voice of reason running. Even if it is almost like beating a dead horse at this point.
