The oil trading in Iran and other things that bring the US Dollar in line with world currencies
is a good thing. This helps to bring about more equality and more integration of the world economy. Obviously the creation of the Euro had the most effect but many things are happening to help. For those who think the Dollar should remain valued above sometimes way above many currencies I have to ask are you thinking in terms of we or in terms of me?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Concerns about a weaker U.S. dollar could tempt more oil-producing countries to delink their currency pegs from the dollar or ask to be paid in other currencies, the top U.S. spy chief said on Tuesday.

Director of National Intelligence Michael McConnell expressed the concern in prepared testimony to Congress on threats facing the United States.
