A telling tale? The Home and Garden show is at the IX center around this time every year. And every year at this time, it's usually so cold it burns your lungs and skin (5-15 F on average, lower if you factor in wind chills). On Sunday, it was 40 degrees. I could wear a coat without lining in it. Didn't need a hat.
