I just figured out the neocon talking head stuff on McCain v. Hillary
They REALLY REALLY want to run against Hillary. Ann Coulter, Sean, Rush, glen Beck, and many others have tried to become relevant by attacking McCain.

Ignore it. Forget it. They would no more vote for Hillary than they would support an expansion of national health care, removing the troop from Iraq, and making peace with Iran. What they are doing is setting up Hillary and the Democrats.

They hope to move more Democrats into her column, because Obama presents a danger to their way of liff (sorry, Sir Python) and they have little that they can pull on him swiftboat-wise. Hillary, on the other hand, would be a story a day from March 1, to election time, each day a new and improved scandal or complaint, real or not.

In order to shape the Democratic vote to be the most favorable to them, they want Hillary to be elected, and pretend to hate McCain in the process.

McCain is far more conservative than most Americans. For the RightWingers to claim that he would destroy the GOP party is laughable. They have done quite well on their own. To the contrary, McCain would be the most dangerous GOP candidate they could put forward.

Honestly. Hucksterbee? The man does not even believe that the universe is billions of years old. Romney? A pro gay rights, pro abortion rights, former MASS governor? yeah, right. They really trust that mormon, I am sure.

however, I think that they are being to clever by half.

1. You know, we can go nuts trying to second guess the Repugs' strategies.
The best thing we can do is vote for the person we believe in.

2. Have you heard of Occams Razor?
I may be misspelling the name - but this explanation seems overly complicated to me.

4. it works with scientific principles. I am not sure
that there are any principles that exist in a GOP strategy, nor rational thought, nor the simplest explanation.

6. In this case it's easier to believe they really hate McCain then that they are just pretending to
hate him in a convoluted plan to trick us into nominating Hillary Clinton.

5. whaddayamean antifaschits?
she';s been totally "vetted'. Also, there is a rumor going around that Rupert Murdoch has a list of names of women that Bill Clinton has been sleeping with for the past 8 years.

8. I alway ignore Ann Coulter, Sean, Rush, Glen Beck, etc.
I agree that they will be more likely to defeat Senator Clinton, but even that will be a tall order for them.

Just tell Senator McCain that if he wants to stay in Iraq, I don't want to talk to him.
