Good News For Whales: in essence, Court Tells Bush To Fuck Off!
thank god!
Whether Navy sonar training exercises are harmful to marine animals has long been a point of conflict. On Monday, a federal judge in Los Angeles said President Bush cannot waive environmental laws that require the Navy to take special steps to protect whales.

purpose than having Bush again show the world how little regard he has for our judicial system.
It took some courage for the judge to over rule him.

And yes, I have become a cynic in matters relating to the Bush administration.

what it was doing.

And that very brave judge needs to stay out of small airplanes.
