1. You know there are 100 places on the internet, that can show
you how to pick those locks in less than 30 seconds, don't even need the key. Forget the fact that they have the same key to open all machines The real problem is, is that the best fucking lock they can come up with to protect Democracy?

2. The display of the keys is just another example of their poor security.
Remember, they had the source code unprotected on line, same with their technician's private communications.

3. Yeah.. If you were a thinking person
you'd think it was as if they were trying to make the machines as hackable as possible.

4. They can always blame hacks and breeches on the operators in the
precincts and county clerks office.

8. The source code should be available to the public.
How else are we to know how honest the machines are?

6. Diebold provides ATMs for banks. Follow that thought for awhile....
Bankers would never let so much as a penny be "lost" in their accounting. Security and accuracy are a given. Customers expect -- and get -- paper receipts every time they use an ATM.

Now, why does the same company exhibit so much incompetence and produce so many so-called glitches when it comes to our votes?

'Scuse me while I go polish my tin-foil hat.

Hekate

See Diebold be proud of their ATMs

13. Anyone who knows how to cut keys,
already learned how to pick locks. Just saying.

14. True, but still, Diebold has a bad habit of revealing more than they should.
There has been a pattern of lax security. Though this breech may not be for much, it shows they have not tightened up their security.
