I mean, how can they criticize McCain openly on campaign finance reform? I would have thought this to be a general concensus from most of the population that elections need reforming to restrain the influence of money. This is just another example to me of their confounded value system. They have no shame when it comes to the mean green. If there is profit in war, then they launch a war. If poverty and homelessness causes them to forfeit some tax money, they berate the poor. I don't know what kind of values these people think are exemplary. Most every thing Christ ever taught, they completely ignore.

With all the research I've done, it really does look like conservatism, at least in the form that I know it - I was born in December of 1980 - is a mental illness.

Of course as all things it's a spectrum. And some people are genetically hardwired for it and others became that way due to childhood abuse, probably combined with a genetic susceptibility to it.
