Good news from Richmond, VA!
I know it's not scientific but the local CBS affiliate has a poll on their web page asking people who they are planning to vote for:

Who gets your vote now that Mitt Romney is out? John McCain, Mike Huckabee, The Democrat, Any Democrat

Here are the results so far.

John McCain 33%
Mike Huckabee 20%
The Democrat, Any Democrat 47%

:applause:

5. That station sounds cowardly
Why couldnt they break down the Dem vote into the two candidates like they did for the Repubs?

7. Isn't it the truth? Richmond is a black hole of ignorance. I really
don't like living here at all, and I look forward to the day when I can retire and move to a more decent place.

8. Hey! Leave the Richmond Times-Dispatch out of it!
Granted, there is a lot of ignorance in this area and I think the Times-Dispatch has a lot to do with it but there are brief flashes of intelligence from time to time. It made me feel good to see all of those Dems at the Jefferson-Jackson Dinner on Saturday night. I could have went but couldn't afford the $175 price.

9. The Richmond Times-Disgrace is indeed part of the problem. I
know that there are a few enlightened souls here (I do have friends!), but the total atmosphere is pretty damn red. You gotta admit it.
