Foreigner requests impeachment hearings commence

An email sent to John Conyers in support of Americans in support of impeachment.

::::::::

Chairman John Conyers,

Please do not allow the actions of the Bush administration to stand as
precedents. I realise that there are political risks involved in commencing impeachment proceedings but torture and aggressive invasion, in breach of America's word on international treaties should not remain a part of American foreign policy.

Whether America really is better than torture and aggressive invasion depends on what Americans on this watch do.

An unsuccessful impeachment might conceivably result in a Republican President
in 2008 but failing to attempt to use the legitimate and lawful processes to check the abuses of the Bush administration must have lasting effects on the perceptions of Americans in the wider world. At issue really is whether the United States is a nation of laws.

Regards,

1. It is up to us to take care of protecting our laws. The Inernational Community
should step in to protect theirs, which are also Ours.

The members of this criminal administration will be held to account. Whether Congress chooses to indict or not. War Criminals run for the duration of their lives.

2. Well--yeah.
And there are certainly more than a few Americans standing in the same place. Me for example.

3. Wondeful! But does the opinion of a has-been rock group really matter?
Sorry, spank me, but I couldn't resist

They better not come to my neck of the woods or they'll find all kinds of evidence to the contrary.
