Bush is clamping down on flights to the US

America is seeking the death penalty against 6 accused of taking part in the 9-11 attacks.
We haven't heard about the 9-11 attackers for many years and NOW they are going on trial?
How convenient, 9-11 atackers on trial during an election year when Republicans are predicted to take a huge his across the nation.

Why wasn't this done 2, 3 or 5 years ago? They will be tried with "secret evidence" torture-induced evidence, and no right to cros-examine or see evidence against them.Bush was saving the best for last. His final year in office and maybe keep the Presidency in Republican hands.
