7. I posted a Poll regarding Reid & Pelosi here.

The vote was overwhelmingly in favor of both being replaced.

Both are extremely weak. They should have resigned a year ago or been forced out.

Sen Dodd and Sen Feingold are the ONLY heroes of the FISA battle, IMHO.

I was proud of Sen Dodd last night. He spoke passionately for 2.5 hours on the floor of the Senate against passage of FISA and amnesty for telephone companies. He predicted that he wouldn't garner even enough support to stop cloture, and he was sadly correct.

It was almost pathetic - he has waged this battle valiantly - with very little support from his fellow Democratic senators.

When we have leaders such as Pelosi and Reid, I wonder what has become of my beloved party.

We need a fighter in the Senate and Sen Dodd would be fantastic - again, IMHO.
