I am beyond outrage!!!!!!

"A 14-day-old infant traveling here for heart surgery died at Honolulu International Airport on Friday after he, his mother and a nurse were detained by immigration officials in a locked room, a lawyer for the boy's family said."

7. There seems to be some poor planning on the caregivers part...

So the flight landed at 5:30 and the baby died at 5:50. That is only twenty minutes after the flight. Under the most ideal conditions, an ambulance would have been needed as soon as the flight landed to save the babies life. I agree the group should not have been held up but how would this outcome be different even if they weren't held? Or some type of special air ambulance with specialized equiment and trained personel should have been used to transport the baby. I just don't have all the information so I can't be sure.....
