Listening to Rachel? Where's the Iraqi Red Crescent link?

Rachel told us to go to her website for the Iraqi Red Crescent link. She gave www.maddowonline.com as her website.
Does anyone see the link?

If it's not there, does anyone have a personal line of communication to AAR webpeople or Rachel, and if you do, please tell them to post the information.
