facinating body language on Morning Joe this morning
Mika, Buchanan, Barnacle, and Matthews.

The "boys" are debating among themselves and completely ignoring Mika.

Chris M even has turned has back on her - talking to the other two - pointing - making his points - and refuses to acknowledge her presence.

This is hugely sexist - but not surprising.

1. might we also read this as a signal/symbol on how the do exactly feel about the candidacy of any
woman running for the presidency of the united states?

if so, the problem is not the woman, though they will do their best to make sure the people believe so when actuallly the problem is with men such as them and their attitude towards women, any woman.

hope that mika herself learns something from the experience...though it seems she is happy to just be their rag doll.

4. I think it might also explain their past confusion in predicting outcomes
they just cannot envision a candidate, much less a candidate with a real chance of winning, that is not a middle-aged white males. Probably because these discussions of who is viable are primarily being held by middle-aged white males.

2. She isn't on Matthews "Obama Bandwagon?"
I remember how frustrated Tweetie was when Dr. Dean wasn't nominated because he wanted the clasic matchup the election would be. I don't think he has even bothered to consider an Obama administration. He just wants to have the most contrasted election fight. If Senator Obama was not in the race he would be frothing at the mouth to have Senator Clinton as the nominee.

Just an opinion.
