I have a question re: the MSMedia-orgy over Pettite, Clemens, and Steroids in DC...
How many homeless Vets slept outside in the District last night, and why isn't that more important?

1. I never watch Regis and Kelly but I just happened to have the tv on today
And Regis said they're investigating steroids in baseball more than they investigated Iraq. Good for Regis.

2. One useful thing about the hearings
Exposed the total intellectual dishonesty of the repubs.

4. I'm listening to Mike & the Mad Dog in NYC today...
...mostly to get confirmation on the Jason Kidd trade, but that's another story. :)

NY's #1 sports show absolutely raked the Republicans on the committee for being disingenuous, know-nothing asses.

At least one of these guys is a registered Repub from Connecticut, and he swears he wants to turn Chris Shays out of office after his performance today.

3. Because no one bets money on things that homeless vets do
Obviously homeless vets are more important than baseball players but people care more about baseball players because their own money is involved.
