1. That made me smile.
If they did that we definitely wouldn't have time to Impeach.

2. Is that before or after the hearings on the pork lobby's undue
influence over competetive eating?

4. Competitive eating has flown under the radar for too long!
Every year untold hundreds of kids try to mimic their favorite competitive eating stars by eating a whole box of delicious Hostess Twinkies or those little chocolate donuts, result in stomach aches for all. What about the children?????

5. Thank god the Congress has taken up this truly important problem
I hope they spend weeks and weeks on the designated hitter rule, too.

In political terms, that would be like having one set of rules for the Republicans and one for the Democrats!

Hey wait a minute...:freak:

9. Is that a separate discussion over the one investigating the material components
used in the making of challenge flags? A person could get hurt, you know.

11. Good Lord, the "infield fly rule"?
He must know the designated batter thing is causing nightmares in the N.L., and then there's that strike zone synchronization debacle. What a wuss!!

12. There is a classic Law Review Article (satire) on the Infield Fly Rule
One of the funniest things that I have read was a law review article on the infield fly rule. It was a parody of a real law review article but had well researched footnotes and was in classic law review article format.
