MSNBC was all over it. They've simply either moved on to other things or they realize how much damage was just done to their party and chose to avert their coverage.

They've shown several clips of the finalists and they have interviewed on separate segments at least two or three former contestants. Personally, I absolutely CRAVE this stuff. I don't care if the entire country is falling apart but I cannot LIVE without knowing who's who on American Idol. It is the stuff of my dreams, my hopes, my joys, my life itself!

Instead, they said, the House should be voting on the extension of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act approved by the Senate earlier this week.
