Once again, the city that's "not ready" to host a presidential debate hosts a major event. |

http://www.nola.com/nbaallstar/Sugar Bowl, BCS Championship Game, Mardi Gras, now the NBA All Star Game. Will that pesky NOLA never learn?! :sarcasm:

1. I promise you, that whatever shenanigans go down during All-Star weekend will be used against N.O. |

To further the image that it isn't worth rebuilding, wasn't worth saving, citizens aren't human, etc, etc.

It doesn't bother me that NOLA didn't get the debate and that Oxford Mississippi which doesn't have enough Hotel rooms did. But why lie about the reason? Big freaking events are just another routine day at the office in the Crescent City. Why can't people just tell the fucking truth?

3. IMHO, the Democratic nominee should be shouting, 24/7: "New Orleans!" "Iraq!" "New Orleans!" "Iraq!" |
|
Throughout the campaign.
"New Orleans!" "Iraq!" "New Orleans!" "Iraq!" "New Orleans!" "Iraq!" "New Orleans!" "Iraq!"
All freaking day. All freaking night. Right up until November.
