How can they try to use the Lantos memorial to garner sympathy for themselves? I know about their (words fail me) calling a vote during the memorial. How does that make them the victim?

It is a classic case of GOP call your enemy what you are. If the GOP made a mockery of the Lantos funeral, then you claim that the Dems made you make a mockery of Lantos' funeral. Like the press people that attacked Bill Clinton in the 90s claiming that he made them do it with his all powerful penis.
