Who has bought gold here? |
|
do you store it in a safety deposit box?
How much did you buy and in what amounts?
What kind of gold did you buy? (American, Canadian, Swiss, South African?)
Have you bought silver?

of different kinds because that was more interesting. I bought the perth mint lunar series and some maple leafs, eagles, kruggerand, chinese panda, au kangaroo, new US buffalo, and also some british soveriegns (.2354 oz).
I'm buying silver now since gold has gotten so high.

I have (X#) left which I keep in your mamma's underwear drawer. Or in some other undisclosed location. They actually belong to my son, so I don't touch them. Just watch them grow. On charts. from a vast distance.
My hubby bought me a big chunk of ingot silver for our 25th (silver) wedding anniversary a few years back. It weighs about 10 lbs. Makes a nice doorstop/paperweight!
Inherited a trunkful of fairly awful commemorative silver coins from a hateful relative. They will be my cookie jar money as the recession/depression strangles us.

2 $10.00 Ameican pristine gold coins and 10 $5.00 American gold coins. I keep them in my son-in-law's safe, which had to be put in before the house was built. No silver yet. I am getting my money out of the bank just in case. I think we're headed for very rough times.

7. You can buy it at a few places, like kitco.com. Then you can just buy into the Gold pool for example |
|
and not actually take possession of any gold, just have so many shares/ounces. Then you can "cash" out by either taking coins/bars/whatever and/or selling your shares.
