10. Nonsense. The Governor hasn't called out the National Guard and they haven't fired on students.

Individual crazies with guns are NOT the same thing as mobilized National Guardsmen firing on students on campus.

8. I Had Classes In That Building

I'll have to admit there were days in there I felt like going postal...

This is one of the most sedate...many will say "boring" schools in the state. A majority live nearby in suburban Chicago...and enrollment is around 15,000.

for a while after it first opened. I froze my ass off trying to get to classes in 40 below wind chill weather.

THis was back in the days when we had to dress up for dinner and women had a curfew (but the guys didn't.) That ended my last semester there.

Then I came to Berkeley. Big change.

Hope the casualties aren't too awful. :scared:
