the Family Research Council said that one thing John McCain can do to get into better graces with the religious right is to appoint a family czar if he were elected...

What the fuck is a family czar?.....I have a very good guess as to what it is, it means appointing someone who will go around blaming gays, Hollywood, rap music, & Howard Stern for all that is wrong in the world...Then there would be time & money WASTED to have hearings on utter non-sense like TV & movie violence, etc. etc....Remember conservatives believe in SELECTIVE First Amendment rights, Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, etc. have free speech rights while Hollywood & Howard Stern need to be censored in their minds....

This is just reason 2,456,768 to vote for W-H-O-M-E-V-E-R the Democratic nominee is....No fucking staying home if Obama is the nominee & you're a Hillary supporter, or vice versa....Neither Hillary Clinton nor Barack Obama will let religous right groups have the influence they've had the last 8 years.....If a Democrat is elected, subsequently the only way religious right groups will get into the White House will be like the rest of the public does, by taking a TOUR!....No more Dr. Dobson's, Gary Bauer's, & Tony Perkins's having meetings to discuss their brand of social policy that they want to invoke on everyone...

1. I'm all for a family czar instituted by a Republican administration.

George Bush instituted a "war czar" with Lt. Gen. Lute -- war is in the crapper.

Successive administrations have had drug czars -- and we've all seen how well the war on drugs is going. :eyes:


So, if history is any lesson, a family czar will totally destroy the religious-right movement.
