Weather Modification a Long-Established, Though Secretive, Reality

As long as Weather Control is kept secret, it can and will be used for nefarious purposes, Bringing it into the public eye is the first step toward accountability, and toward ensuring that weather is controlled for beneficial purposes, to balance the needs of humanity and the planet.

1. I've heard this repeatedly, as well as some really interesting and alarming
HAARP stuff. I totally believe that if it's possible, they're doing it. But it bets the question why, if they have the technology, don't they bring some rain to the SW and SE?

Serious question.

4. Right
I viewed a story on one of the science channels a few years ago about the scientist that was contracted to research the value potential of natural gas up north, being unprofitable at the time to transport it, he came up with sending it up in the atmosphere and burning it and realized its effect on weather pattens, there are photos of this plant, grid, on line and the documentary did say it was being expanded regardless of who was president here.

19. It's not possible.
Weather is vastly too complex of a system to be controlled by any technology even theoretically within reach. We can affect the weather, with our CO2, or with simplistic approaches like cloud seeding, but actually controlling it is out of the question. That HAARP stuff is pure conspiracy theory, nothing more.

"Scientists fly an airplane, sampling the cloud ... to see if there is potential for it to work, and if it is likely to work, they will shoot the gun," Chan said.

Using an arsenal of rockets, artillery and aircraft, China will try to blast the clouds out of the sky, a meteorologist told a Beijing magazine, through a technique which falls under the umbrella of "cloud seeding."

"We can turn a cloudy day into a dry and sunny one by shooting the clouds less intensively than when we make rain," head meteorologist Mian Donglian for the Beijing municipal weather bureau told Time Out.

By shooting shells containing chemicals like silver iodide, or dry ice into the sky, scientists say they can create rain. China has gone so far as to set up a weather modification office that is in charge of such an endeavor

11. Some questionable things on that site ... mixed in with legitimate ideas ...
I would take anything posted there with a very large grain of salt.

(I actually recommended PESwiki at one point, before I found some of the more outlandish links there.)

14. Is that why it's been such a cold, snowy winter? Someone's trying to
re-freeze the North Pole, and maybe boost oil prices, creating a demand for more energy?

Doesn't seem like a smoking gun, but it's interesting.
