That's not the role of the Senate anyway...it's up to the House to Impeach, the Senate to convict.

For the simple fact that 67 votes are needed to convict...that means 17 repugnicans...hell we can't even get 60 votes. I even have doubts there are enough votes right now in the House to impeach. Defacto impeachment is both far more practical and possible.

He is one of my faves. He went to Baghdad just prior to the damned fiasco and returned to tell America that bush had no interest in the non-existent wmds but was after regime change and oil! How close did he get it?
