Geez I love the Democratic women - Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Edwards |
|
Hillary, Barbara Boxer, Teresa Kerry, Elizabeth Kucinich. I could go on and on..... These are just a few that come to mind as I think about the faux flap over Michelle Obama. Look at Cindy McCain, Laura Bush, Lynne Cheney. Subservient stepford wives. Even GOP female office holders are merely their to serve the men.
Let's hear it for those intelligent progressive women with indomitable spirit and true inner beauty.

Though I wouldn't underestimate Lynne Cheney by a long shot. She intimidated Jon Stewart, which takes some doing.

I think Theresa Heinz Kerry may have lost the election for the Dems in '04. She gave the GOP and the MSM red meat just before the election with her remark about Laura Bush never having held a real job.
Candidates have to watch what they say, and so do anyone speaking on behalf of them.
That's why I am afraid Michelle Obama's remarks may yet come back to haunt us. They have already been spun, and expect the spinning to keep on going.
