15. Well we on the West coast have it better than East coast...
They only got a half hour window to see part of it. We get about 3 hours so hopefully the skies'll clear for you long enough to see it.

So 7-ish is probably when it will be fully eclipsed.

10. It's like 15-20 below zero here, but the sky is totally clear.
I'll bundle up and run outside in a bit to catch some of it. But I won't be watching it all the way through. Too damn cold!
