It figures that Vicki Iseman, the lobbyist at the center of this John McCain bruhaha, is from Pennsylvania. According to her college alumni magazine in this piece headlined "A View from the Top," she's a 1990 grad of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a native of that western Pa. town. This accompanying picture proves she has friends in high (or low) places.
